Beth Cleary is very unprofessional and unreliable. I started the loan process in early September and ever since it has been a terrible experience with her. She will claim she will call you but never make the time, as if your time and money is unworthy. I explained to her on October 9th, 2020 that I will be going full time at another facility but I will continue to keep my current full-time job. Beth states that it was awesome and that she could work with that. On October 20th I called Beth just to be sure everything is going smoothly and she acted as if she had no clue as to who I was, she sounded really irritated with me and she acted as if she never knew about my new promotion at another facility. Beth also attempted to criticize me for having more than one job; as if that is her place! (and let me reiterate that I have already been approved for a small loan in early September which I only found out after logging on to their website). She claimed she was going to call me back, but per usual I am at the bottom of her priority list! Previous to that, I sent three emails weeks apart asking if there was anything I could do to help with the process. But of course, I get no response unless I call her. Even when I do call her it is always an excuse as to why she will call me back. If I were you I would stray away from this location and her ! Never again will I work with such an incompetent person!
