Met with my friend for afternoon tea - when I arrived and checked under her name, I was taken to a table. 10 min later when my friend was uncharacteristically late, I called her and found that she had arrived early ahead of the schedule and has been sitting at a different table all this time. When our tea tiers arrived, deserts and scones were okay however the pastries were dry and suspected to be defrosted rather than baked fresh. Costed about 100$ for two and I definitely was expecting much better food quality and services.
