House Call sent someone to our home regarding a few home inspection repairs. I was told beforehand that there would be an $89 Dispatching fee but that I would receive a quote for the work. When the day came for the appointment, the guy showed up 45 minutes early, without informing me. The technician took the list of repairs, walked through the house for about 10 minutes and the told me he needed to go back to his vehicle to contact his boss. 10-15 minutes later, he came back in the house to see about my availability the following week. He informed me that I would receive a quote at the next appointment and then I ll make third appointment to have the work complete. For $89 I received nothing, no insight regarding the work, no quote and nothing complete. A complete waste of time.
