Horrible customer service. I brought my car into repair a recalled sunroof. They started by saying only glass was being replaced and they didn't want to own it. They took it back to service manager who brought it back and said it didn't work, go get it fixed and bring it back to have glass replaced. I explained I was selling the car and as a courtesy to the buyer I was getting the recall taken care of. The service manager said I'll have to fix alot more before I sell it. Unbeknownst to them I just changed it all the fuses and took a picture for my reference. I get home and look, they took out the fuse so it wouldn't work. Thanks for wasting my time and I'll for sure be contacting MBUSA to let them know of the practices at this authorized service center.
