There is a meeting room with 40 chairs and all where full, then you go on the tram, each tram has 10 rows for two. Some guest are large so you are cramed into these seats 3 to a seat and our group of four were separated to fill the seats, the tour was very fast in and out tour. The question and answers are in the main hall it's hard to hear the questions and answers with over 80 people in the main hall. I have been on factory tours with other automakers which are much better and you can see the paint shop and the stamping shop. Toyota can learn from others.
