Jennie and her staff at Hancock go out of their way to make sure that residents get the best service. Always helpful and always with a smile. I have lived in 2 Sudler managed buildings and can only say great things about the company. Leadership starts at the top and it is obvious that service is a priority at all levels. We don't thank our management team enough.
