Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I went in wanting to exchange my lease for a newer model and that's what ended up happening and that was all thanks in part to the amazing team at Honda Los Angeles and especially to Joshua Velasquez who helped me get the deal I wanted with extra amenities. It took 5 hours but I ended up with what I wanted and they ended up with a customer for life for how attentive and accommodating they were to all my needs and worries. Joshua took the time to explain everything about the car and what came with the lease. He went over every little detail to make sure that everything was the way I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Honda LA team and Joshua Velasquez for putting me into a new car (2017 Honda CR-V) at a great price!
