We had heard nightmare stories about this facility...

We had heard nightmare stories about this facility and, as a result, we were truthfully hesitant to go there. However, that was NOT the case for our family. My daughter had major surgery and was on the med-surg unit on the 4th floor. Her care was excellent. The hospital is immaculately clean and beautiful. The nursing staff was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. We were visited by several department heads to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. We could not have asked for better care or a better hospital experience. Tennova Gateway will be our hospital of choice for future needs.
