Terrible service, but they don t care since they are a monopoly. My first bill was higher than I expected. Move in costs. I get it. But when I called to ask about it, they told me they saw that my meter must be broken, as it s not showing that I m using any water. They said this will affect my bill and told me to contact my apartment office. Well, the apartment office said they get several calls in regard to BR water but that they aren t supposed to fix the meter; the company is. So I called BR water back to ask if they could come out to fix it. They said they aren t sending texts out due to Covid so I ll have to wait until they start up again but they don t know when that will be. Ok, fine. I understand Covid concerns, but this will be charging me more monthly because of a problem that should have been fixed before I moved in. I called my apartment back to give them an update. They emailed BR water requesting batteries so they can at least see if that helps me. The leasing agent still hasn t heard back and it s been a week. Not to mention I can t pay my bill via my phone or laptop without having to pay a convenience fee. This definitely needs to be updated. Terrible bill pay. Terrible problem solving. Terrible service overall.
