I will not stay at this resort again. As a paying guest of the resort I was denied entry into the tiki bar due to capacity. Guests of the resort should take priority over the general public. This is not the case. I do not know why they give you a wrist ban to wear when it carries no weight. If customer service is important to you, do NOT stay here.
