salesperson was ok, sales manager bob is the worst. he lost this cool and told me to go for a kia. the quote on a 2019 crv exl no nav is $1k more down than my current bmw lease. crv msrp is 32k, my bmw is 54k msrp. he said im getting so much more and said honda is moving up to a bmw status. what a joke. i said i do not need to make a deal today, but insisted to insult me with his kia comment.
