We ve been with Monarch Pool for almost 13 years. They have the best staff, always courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We see no reason to seek out another company to replace them. They have provided us excellent service throughout the years and have taken care of issues with our pool due to it s age, with utmost care and professionalism. Our regular maintenance contract ensures the pool is kept in tip-top shape and ensures early detection of potential problems. Their customer service makes us feel like we are more than a client; they know our names, our service preferences, our entertaining preferences, ensuring our pool is perfect at all times, and when we speak with them, we don t have to remind them of the service history of our pool. We feel like valued customers.
