I had a gentleman who recommended me some of his favorites made in WI. He was outstanding and kind. I couldn't remember his name but I'm going to guess Andre. If that's not his name, he was a tall gentleman. He also recommended the raspberry jam to go with the cheese I picked. When I got home, i couldn't get enough of it. Sadly I ate all the cheese and now I am itching to fly back to this shop to get the cheese I need. Thank you for being awesome! Much appreciation from Dallas!
