The hotel room was filthy. There chairs in the room had an unknown substance smeared on them. The pillow shams and blanket had cigarette burns in them. My husband and I couldn't sleep because something was making us itchy all night. I called twice regarding the pool as we were traveling for a softball tournament. They assured me the pool would be open and when we arrived the pool was dry.
