I had a service need with my new RAM. I pulled in the service bay and was immediately greeted by Chris Martinez. I described the issue I was having and he immediately suggested a test drive in my vehicle to identify the issue. He was very knowledgeable and suggested what the issue might be, but wanted to get it to one of his technicians to be sure. He even dropped me back off at my home and that made the experience so much more convenient. They even got my vehicle back to me earlier that promised.
I am a customer for life with Chris and this dealership!
