I was in to get an older laptop serviced and Derek took the time, was attentive and treated me like a valued customer! Bottom line, the laptop was serviced efficiently, effectively and professionally, within a reasonable amount of time and cost. And today I was back in and Brad was able to service the same laptop for a broken optical drive that he took the time to diagnose and fix for "free" warranting the original work. Great to see a business that sets the bar for customer service and professionalism! Kudos NP!
