This has been the worst experience I've ever been through with my child. My child was there for almost 48 hrs and I hadn't heard from anyone. I called several times, left messages with no return phone call. I finally called and left a fairly nasty message and finally received a call back. The communication at Highlands is terrible. If my child ever needed hospitalization again it definitely would NOT be at Highlands.
