Failed to notify hotel guests that that hotel would be unaccessible for a large duration of a Saturday morning. Street closures due to an annual 10k trapped hotel guests with rental cars. No staff on site was able to give any guidance prior, during or after event. There were no warnings at check in or out that guests wouldn't be able to leave for the airport for 2 hours.
