We didn't have a good first impression of the hote...

We didn't have a good first impression of the hotel when we first booked in. The express check-in queue for accorplus members was actually slower than the regular check-in queue, the air-con in our room was on the warm side (even at night) although the settings were supposedly at the coldest, and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually sleep with the air-con on at night. Furthermore, the water pressure of the bathroom was quite low, making showering a slightly unpleasant experience.

On the plus side, the buffet breakfast was pretty sumptious and some of the perks allowed for accorplus members, such as the 2 complementary drinks while we chilled at the bar and late checkout at 4pm on Sunday afternoon, made this an overall acceptable stay.
