The officers here completely ignore facts, logic, reason etc., and instead just make up what they want to be the truth in their mind then use that on the official paperwork. Miswrite tickets, cause all sorts of expensive problems for locals. Basically just don't ever even talk to or involve with these people. The community would be better off if they were disbanded.
