Great salesperson Vanessa, very knowledgeable about all the cars, not pushy either. It was busy when we bought our car it was a busy day. We sat for over 2 hours in the sales office waiting to see the finance manager Truman who once we got in was good and fast. Management need to add heat to these rooms and get more finance managers on busy days... we almost walked out
