The debtor's resident card I bought in 2017, paid ...

The debtor's resident card I bought in 2017, paid NOK. 300.- and had validity in h.h.t. the inscription on the card: "Valid from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.

So far everything good. BUT, meanwhile, the city council has introduced new tariffs so that instead of kr. 300.- now costs the resident parking for 1 year. 3000 !!!

And not only that: The original resident card, which was valid until 31st December 2017 in h.h.t. what's on the card is no longer valid even though we are only writing October 2017.

Therefore, if you want to avoid a parking fine, you must already pay NOK. 3000.- to get a valid resident card. The new resident card is then valid from October 2017 to October 2018, although you already have a valid resident card for 2017.

How nasty can it be ??
Couldn't at least have waited for orders with a new fee until 01/01/18?

And why is it not better stated that this is how it works. As it is now, many unnecessary parking fines are getting because they do not know that new resident card must be purchased now.
