1st- when i request to upgrade; booking service r...

1st- when i request to upgrade; booking service reply with confident to gv us high priority. endup, i cant upgrade. well u can tell me before i reach hotel. cause i booking via agoda and pay at hotel. since its late and im tired, then this issues can ignore. not really professional as Shangri-la hotel KL.

2nd- When upon arrival; parking space enough the parking available, after 11pm, the parking full, end up u need to park @ nearby hotel.need to cross street. BTW the car park without lift. u need to hike.

3rd - New renovation, good bad, good aircond, working hot water. TV not HD. pool and health center open too late.. at 9 am.

overall just find another hotel if u could.

Sincerely ur unsatisfying customer been blind by "Shangri-la'" name.
