Pros: building is beautiful, location is great, no fee for dogs.

Cons: The man at the front desk was rude, the wifi is awful (very slow when it is working and it often just goes offline), no AC.

It gets two stars because I don't understand how the wifi could be so bad in downtown Vancouver. I kept having to use my mobile data because the internet was always less than 10mps sometimes 1mps.
