Very poor communication with patients. A family member had went through some surgery, even though the surgery center knew that that the patient had a family member there in waiting room, the nurses or doctor never bothered to think it was necessary to speak to the family. So they spoke to the patient who had just went through surgery and was still under the effects of the anesthesia . Shame on them!!! Very unprofessiomal.
