Initially we asked when we went to take care of us ..... the gentleman was gone when he saw that we were waiting, he never came back, suddenly we waited with 3 children down age...........
Finally the lady of the reception "Simon" super nice smiling goes to look for her colleague, but her colleague not preceeded at all. Not coming, she decides to take care of us. Super nice polite kind she made us forget "her colleague" and gave us the quote we wanted.
