I've been in Kipco tower branch today as a new member.
while going to coach Jovana's class
I met her by chance in the elevator and asked her about the class, mentioning that I'm new here (with no idea she's the trainer) she said with( bad attitude) it's her class and starting now then took me (in person) to the class room, which leaves Zero chances that I went to the wrong room!
asking me to wait and she's coming right now! that was exactly at 11:00 am
I kept waiting for her 20 mins exactly, she never showed up!
Rude, Unprofessional, Careless, what more can I wish in a trainer!
On the other hand, coach Sara kindly and generously took me in a gym tour once I arrived (Never met before, Not my personal trainer), helpful and professional.
