Just a review for this company and management That claimed I owed & couldn t get they re stories straight.
In January of 2016 I had moved out after living at my apartment for 3 years NEVER behind in rent and NEVER notified within that time range of "damages". After i had moved a received a letter stating I owed $600 something in "damages" keep in mind NEVER notified within living there I was charged for ANY damages. I had called main office and then emailed a Julie B, then when I called and spoke with them I explained he neighbor behind me water heater busted and completely almost entirely flooded my apartment, my landlord at the time said it was being covered by her out of her pocket. They then on a separate conversation told me it was due to rent not paid... No mam no way I was NEVER not paid in the 3 years I stayed at that apartment. I may have been late but never not pay my rent, I asked my landlord personally she said her books were fine when she had checked. So to whomever took over really f'ed my credit with this one, I don't know what problems you all had with my landlord at that time but now these false allegations have stuck with me and I am STILL TO THIS DAY TRYING TO RESOLVE IT.
