I was not particularly impressed with this locatio...

I was not particularly impressed with this location. I called prior to making an appointment to find my daughter s junior bridesmaid dresses and explained what we were looking for and the time frame we needed it in. When we arrived we were given a consultant whom in my opinion wasn t interested in helping us much. I stated exactly what my vision was and I explained we needed to leave that day with the dress or be able to order it and have time for it to come in in time for the wedding. She was no help, she continued to bring dresses to the fitting room that were either too small to large or not avail in store or online in time. She was placing all the dresses on the rack outside of our fitting room while I managed two little girls getting in and out of dresses by myself . I then requested a manager whom helped us for the rest of our appointment. I was told one of the dresses could be ordered quickly (it was) and that minor alterations should be done as soon as it came in with no alteration fee and when dress came in and it needed alterations they tried to charge me for the rush fee I was told I wouldn t have to pay. (I ended up not having to pay for the rush fee in the end) in my opinion this isn t the location to go if you need professional help or honesty.
