At first, I thought I had a great insurance, but then I received a letter saying I was about to lose my insurance. Only way I could reach out to them was by going to their office. They said my insurance would be fine, and i had insurance. Today, I came to urgent care with Aurora and they said i don t have an active insurance with them. I regret getting insurance through them because I paid my premium on December and still had to pay to see a doctor!
