Charles Bright was super helpful and patient!!! This is the second car I ve purchased here and it was far better customer service with Charles as he went above and beyond to give us all of the information we requested. If you decide to purchase a car from Echo Park I would suggest (1) Pay for it in cash- we used to separate debit cards with no hassle. They accept debit card and cashier check (2) Ask for Charles!! Without a doubt he is a top notch salesperson!
