I really needed help finding a qualified candidate for a position I ve never had to hire for previously and reached out to Glendora Employment Agency. I ve heard good feedback about but hadn t needed their services until now as they were helped me to fill an HR position. They found multiple candidates that were a great fit and vetted them thoroughly for me. Having them start the process, handle the calls, and review the applications is so convenient and allows me to stay focused on my business. The staff was really friendly and took the time to explain their interview results as well as spending time calibrating after to understand what I thought about the candidates and make better recommendations the next time. They also allowed me to use their conference room to conduct my interview which allows me to focus since it has fewer distractions than my office. They were great I would definitely use them again to fill an opening.
