We are customers of BelRed for about 6 years, and when it was the time to replace our old equipment we choose this company to perform the needed work.
Kyle H and Dalone S replaced my old furnace and heatpump. They even went that far and replaced the newly delivered heatpump due to an esthetic flaw on one of the panels. This delayed them a little, but still finished the installation the same day. Installing an air-scrubber appears to be a problem at first, but together we found a solution nevertheless. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional matter and by the end of the day we had everything functioning. Next day Russ H. performed the start-up of the equipment which went seamlessly and he too, explained to me the features of the new remote control and its features. We are happy with BelRed and its performance and can recommend them to everybody in need of their services.
