So many things wrong with this place... I won t even get into it here and will try letting corporate deal with it. Let s just say that when the hotel doesn t see something wrong with issuing keys to a room that is already occupied, it s going to be a long night of blogging, reviews, and emails. Not to mention changing my corporate account out of the Hyatt group.
