Our experience buying our van was just fine. However, dealing with them after the fact is very frustrating. They have bad customer service. We did not recieve our coupons for our free oil changes and have been trying to get ahold of Eddie Zamora in finances department who NEVER answers his phone and never returns his calls. Does he even really work there? I am starting to wonder and am getting very angry. Just left my 4th call, if he does not call back I will have to go down there and speak to the manager which is not convenient. This is our second vehicle we have bought with them, but we will not be repurchasing from them again.
