Not as expected!!!

Not as expected!!!

Blue room is pretty dark.
Change to white rooms, which was relatively dirty, was cleaned again. Street noise can be heard in the room.
Some areas of the hotel are very worn out. Good breakfast - but without ambience!
Rooftop bar cool, prices at western level!
Air conditioning in the room needed to be fixed during our stay.
Water regulation in the bathroom inadequate - no permanent heat level, but slightly fluctuating. Pool and fitness good
