It was our first time visiting Blue Bell. We heard there were tours but unfortunately there isn't a tour guide. They do have an observation deck which you can see how it's processed. There is someone up there to answer any questions you have. He was very helpful. They also have a gift shop. And you can purchase a cup of ice cream for a dollar. I do recommend taking your kids and enjoying a cup of ice cream.
