Very disappointing. I did not expect this level of sub standard service. Every stage of my solar installation since I paid the deposit needed my follow up actually multiple follow ups. If I hadn't follow up then the solar wouldn't have been installed by them. Even now when I am writing this review I am struggling to get my solar properly connected to the grid. Its been about 7 weeks since the panels were installed and I am feeding free power to the grid. The bonus for me is to follow up on the paper work which is supposed to be properly done by Captain green. But was never the case, every time I had to follow up. It is a shame that even third world companies would do the service faster and efficient than this.
