Great location and great staff.. (mostly)

Great location and great staff.. (mostly)
Peter, Jerald, Zach and Ryan were awesome and very helpful!
But one staff member ruined the whole experience.
Ivan at reception. He was arrogant and unhelpful.
Otherwise, its a great place.
