They try and keep going back and forth on price, they brag about a price match guarantee. I found the exact same 2019 Honda Pilot at another local Honda dealer for 3k less! Not only did they not match the price, they refuse to pay their guarantee! They also low ball you on your trade in. This is the worst Honda dealer in Louisville! Stay away!
