We felt so disappointed when we checked in. Not only it is a dated room but also the room is too dark. We have to borrow 2 desktop lamps to place on the desk and sofa area so we can see what is inside our suitcase and find stuff for our baby. Agree with other users comment that it is only a 3 to 4 stars standard but charging a 5 stars price. Even the location is great, it isn't worth the price!
We still have 2 more nights to stay, and have requested changing to a renovated room, we were told to check and discuss with front desk tomorrow after 12noon ourselves. Expect staff could be more proactive to follow up instead :(
