Reliable, good equipment and always an adventure. We use them every year for our trips down the river with a large group of friends.

Had to edit this because they are horrible at returning calls or answering the phone. We've had to reschedule due to weather, and we have called and left messages numerous times and haven't heard back about the postponed date.
Experience is great, but their customer service is noon existent.
