This has been the most horrible horrible experience I have ever had with a single company. One of their insured hit me and totaled my car. I had to have it towed to a body shop. The adjuster was supposed to be there in 48 hours, and took a week to come out, then we said to the owner and myself that the car will be towed off the premises with in 48 hours. They have abandoned my vehicle at this shop for over 30 day and now refuse to tow it. Not only that but the Total loss Adjuster, wont return any of my calls for an offer on the car, she is at ext 2535, the accident happened on 08/30 and not one word from these people. When you call "Customer Service" they are the rudest most unprofessional beings that I have ever come across.
