The worst experience ive had getting my bike so called fix! I Brought my moutain bike there recently to get tuned up. The bike was working fine it just needed a simple tune up for the summer. . As soon as I picked up my bike i tested it out in the parking lot and I pedaled less than 5 times and my chain came right off which I have never had that issue before they worked on it so I brought it back in they adjusted it again and then my bike would not go into second gear which I've never had that issue until they touched it. So I brought it back in again they tried to adjust it and what do you know gears still do not shift so then the owner looks at it and tells me it's fixed and of course it's still does not shift gears correctly so I complain more and the owner tells me that's as good as its going to get and tells me I need a better bike when the bike I own is less than a year old and I spent over a thousand dollars on it so my bike was not the issue I have a top of the line Gary Fisher. They would not refund my $75 my bike came out worse than when I brought it in the owner is rude and no one there knows how to work on bikes do not waste your money at this place worst bike shop in St Louis by far!!! After the bike center messed my bike up I brought it to big shark bikes in Delmar loop the owner spent less the 5 minutes on my bike and had it working like brand new. Bike center CLEARLY should not be in business!
