Horrible experience at Capital GMC Buick. I found the place disorganized to say the least. Lots went wrong. It reminded me of one of those timeshare sales office. The worst part was they gave me the price which was the vehicle price plus GST plus documentation fees which was $600 . I said I would go home and think about it. I did text the salesman asking if they deduct the $600 fees. I recieved a text back that there would be no fees. I text to say OK .I would be in to purchase the vehicle. After an hour we were at the point where I go see the guy to pay. I see the paperwork and the $600.had not be deducted which I brought to thier attention. After talking to a few people the guy comes back with the salesman and they said there was some communication breakdown and I should not have been told I would get the $600 deduction. I showed the text but they said nothing they could do. So I left. The salesman said sorry along with the other guy. The team leader Bret who was around lots when I was purchasing; was no where to be found. I thought I might at least get an apology by phone but nothing. Very unprofessional to say the least. If I could give them no star I would but I feel it is important to share my experience so have to give them 1.

In regards to the message below thanking me for taking the call. I feel had I not posted my review I would not have heard from anyone. The call in no way restored my trust. I would caution anyone doing business with Capital
Be Careful. I would not recommend them to anyone I cared about.
