I have had a wonderful experience with Curtis! All of the staff including dispatchers were kind caring and knowledgable. I purchased a new system and when I had a small error after returning home from vacation, they came out the same day. The problem got fixed the next day due to it being a weekend night and thermostat was not on truck but, other than that, well done!!! Thank you Curtis for taking care of my family as yours!
