I usually dine at this location twice a week; I have never experienced less than high quality of food and service. In my last visit I had been served by a very knowledgeable server who told me about Swiss Chalet chicken and fries story. She was proudly saying that Swiss Chalet chickens are fresh (never frozen), hand based, and roasted for 90 minutes every single day. I was also impressed that Swiss Chalet serves fresh (never frozen) fries; they buy the 50 pound sacks peel them, chop them and fry them in house in a daily bases . WOW, isn't a story worth telling? This location is one of the best restaurants in the area, without doubt, deserves your time and money.
