Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Daughter stayed one night , accidentally left 2 jackets and a vest in the closet. Called the next day and reported it. One jacket has been returned but the others are missing? How does that happen when they all were hung in the same closet. It's been a month and still haven't heard anything more! Brand new jacket and best just vanished.
