I read all the negative reviews and was a little apprehensive! We enjoyed every minute of our week. Everyone working there was so very polite. If you don't want to hear the band (which I was concerned about the loud music after bedtime), make your reservation for the other building. The restaurant was not a McDonalds, it was a fine dining, great ambiance and a buffet that could treat the finest of taste. Worth every penny. Fabulous room, best bed ever, neat, clean. balcony with beautiful gulf view. Loved it all!
