Been coming here for 20 years and I very unimpressed with my experience tonight. I ordered the $14 nachos. It's supposed to be two layers, the first layer was fine. The second layer was literally small broken chips and no cheese. I politely mentioned it curly long haired brunette, who didn't seem to understand my complaint. I asked if they could top it up with some more cheese and normal chips (not the bottom of the bag)...she seemed reluctant. And then came back and advised me that the kitchen was going to be "really nice" and make me another small batch (which is not even what I was asking for) even though I had already "eaten half". Guess what kitchen, if you had made the $14 pile of chips and cheese correctly the first time, I would not have had to send them back. I normally don't complain when I'm unhappy but this situation warranted it and I don't appreciate being patronized by a passive aggressive food runner, or the kitchen for that matter. Nice job deux soleil, you just lost a 20 year customer.
